We provide services throughout Montana and surrounding regions. Service availability may vary based on location and project requirements. Travel charges may apply for services outside our primary service area.

4. Project Quotes and Pricing

All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices may vary based on:

• Complexity of design and lettering
• Vehicle size and condition
• Material quality and type
• Location and accessibility
• Timeline requirements

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required upon project acceptance
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur additional charges

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Weather conditions

7. Materials and Warranty

We use high-quality materials from reputable manufacturers. All materials come with manufacturer warranties. Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from completion date under normal use conditions.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring vehicles are clean and accessible

• Maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer recommendations

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled work. Deposits may be non-refundable for projects already in production. We reserve the right to cancel projects due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing vehicle conditions
• Damage from normal wear and tear
• Accidents or misuse after service completion
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Intellectual Property

All designs and artwork created by Gary Sign Painter remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights for their specific vehicles and applications.
